In the course, it is laid out as a 13-module self-paced video course for you to learn from the foundational mindset and initial business plan and building on this to learn each aspect of launching your real estate business. You are an entrepreneur practicing real estate, you must treat it like a business and then master the skillsets to be successful in this industry. The membership is a community where you will learn additional skills and topics, where we can expand on the basics. See the answer to question 2 for a breakdown of content.

The Launchpad course works through 13 modules of content with a different learning focus in each module which starts with mindset, creating your unique value proposition and your business plan. There is a module for working with buyers, with financings, with sellers, with open houses, and also teaching soft skills such as negotiations, overcoming objections and communication skills. This is the place to start for a brand new agent or if you had not been taught any sales foundation.

The membership is great for those agents who feel they have foundational sales training but want to learn more through videos, checklists, and worksheets covering listing presentations (and then what to do step by step once you have a listing agreement signed) to buyer consultations. It covers soft skills such as building rapport, effective networking, scheduling your time, hosting exceptional open houses and productive follow up. In addition, we will have speakers come in and teach and share.

The Launchpad is broken into 13 modules and is approximately 11 hours of content that you can move through at your own pace. The membership community has dozens of videos with new content being added often.

At the end of the Launchpad, you will receive a printable Certificate of Accomplishment.

Yes! In the membership program, you will be able to engage with other students. The VIP Membership upgrade will also provide additional group (and individual) coaching sessions online where you can learn with and through others.

Starting out in this career can be challenging. It can also be very expensive. There are so many companies coming at you for your money and the bank balance can start to feel stretched. Most brokerages don’t offer proper training. How much of your 63-hour course was dedicated to teaching you sales skills and processes? ZERO! Mentors can teach you a few things by demonstration, but they often don’t have the time to invest in you for sales skills, how to run your business, etc. Often mentors will demonstrate their style of a listing presentation or how to interact with buyers while showing a home or how to host an open house, but that is just the very top of the surface. I believe you will learn what you need to from me that will expedite your learning curve by 3 years! After hundreds of closing and a couple dozen years in real estate and finance, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly and will teach you so you don’t have to learn the hard way!
